New Mexico offers some trainings on asset management and relies on technical assistance providers to aid water systems. The Southwest Environmental Finance Center is hosted at the University of New Mexico and is an excellent asset management resource.

MentorAPM helps systems build risk-driven capital investment plans (CIP) with Asset Investment Planner for applying for grant funds.
